These Terms of Service ("Terms") create a legally binding contract between you and Western Journey Games (hereinafter referred to as "the Game", "we", "us", or "our"). They regulate your access to and use of our official websites, applications, casual games, and all services provided through our platforms.

I. User Eligibility

The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13. Users aged 13-18 must review these Terms with your parent or legal guardian to ensure they understand and consent to your use of the Services.

II. In-game Assets and Credits

The Services include features that allow users to acquire In-game Assets, Diamonds, or Credits (collectively "Digital Products").

No Cash Value: Digital Products are for entertainment purposes only and possess no "legal tender" value.
Non-Transferable: These products are licensed to you, not sold. They cannot be exchanged for official currency or items of value outside the game environment.

III. Final Sale and Refund Policy

ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL.

All purchases of Digital Products, In-game Credits, and Top-ups are final and non-refundable. By completing a transaction using recognized payment methods (SuPay/CashApp), you acknowledge that Western Journey Games is not required to provide a refund for any reason.

If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you forfeit all remaining Digital Products and Credits without compensation.

IV. Code of Conduct

You agree not to engage in prohibited activities including cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or unauthorized copying of our software. Selling your account or In-game Digital Products for official currency is strictly prohibited.

V. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by applicable digital commerce laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in accordance with the governing region.
